This position specifically focuses on the Antitrust, Multistate, and Privacy (AMP) Unit, which handles some of the Office's most complex and high-profile civil litigation and criminal prosecutions.

The Antitrust, Multistate, and Privacy Unit works to enforce state and national laws related to competition, consumer protection, and data security. This includes collaborating with other state attorneys general and federal enforcement partners to investigate and litigate cases involving unlawful monopolization, conspiracies in restraint of trade, and mergers with a significant impact on Missouri. Additionally, the unit enforces Missouri's data breach notification laws and the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, as well as federal statutes such as HIPAA and COPPA.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in the Antitrust, Multistate, or Privacy field, as well as knowledge of state and federal court practice. Exceptional educational and professional credentials, as well as trial experience, are also preferred.
