- Serving over 348 post-acute care operations across 14 states
- No traditional management hierarchy, instead operate independently with support from the "Service Center"
- World-class service team providing centralized resources for on-site leaders and caregivers

About the Opportunity:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to client facilities in survey management and general/professional liability
- Educate field personnel in these areas of specialization
- Draft, file, and argue hearings and briefs before regulatory bodies
- Investigate regulatory findings and draft IDR/IIDR for State and Federal submission
- Participate in pre-suit mediations and negotiations
- Partner with internal and external litigation counsel for case strategy
- Represent/support client facilities and employees in administrative or court proceedings
- Advise on health care laws and regulations

Professional Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in professional negligence and/or elder abuse defense
- Risk management experience preferred
- Experience in preparing and managing regulatory appeals
- . from accredited institution and licensed to practice law in CA
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills

Additional Information:

Compensation:

- Competitive benefits and compensation package, including salary range of 160k - 200k (DOE)
