Summary:

**Members Only**, a leading global provider of equipment and solutions for rail, marine, and industrial markets, is seeking a Senior Director of ESG & Product Regulatory Counsel to join their team. This role will provide legal support on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and product regulatory matters, and serve as a subject matter expert in sustainability, product compliance, and EHS. The Senior Director will also manage a docket of global ESG and product compliance matters, work closely with cross-functional teams, and report to the Corporate Vice President, Global EHS & Regulatory.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and counsel on ESG and product stewardship issues.
- Monitor and interpret emerging ESG disclosure laws and regulations.
- Analyze complex factual issues in product regulatory and EHS legal matters.
- Manage privileged investigations and provide support for product compliance and EHS incidents.
- Work with other members of the Legal Department to manage and resolve disputes with third parties.
- Keep informed of ESG and product regulatory developments and partner with the business to identify potential impacts and compliance strategies.
- Manage outside counsel involved in ESG and product regulatory matters.
- Provide training to clients as needed.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience practicing environmental, regulatory or ESG law.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS and product laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or another . state.
- Travel may be required (10-20%).

Salary: $161,, (actual salary may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location)
