The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a background in handling professional liability and complex commercial cases.Duties:Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.Conducted legal research and provided legal analysis for complex commercial and professional liability matters.Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.Requirements:3-6 years of experience specifically in professional liability or complex commercial litigation.Proven track record in trial advocacy, including depositions, motions practice, and orders to show cause.Membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.Strong academic credentials and writing skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in New Jersey.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
