Duties

• Assist with Business Immigration EB-5 filings and project assignments.
• Ensure Regional Center compliance and draft corporate documents.
• Stay informed on industry changes and conduct research and analysis.
• Write blog posts and draft responses for USCIS requests.
• Engage in forensic accounting for sourcing funds.
• Interact with clients, including high net worth individuals and developers.
• Handle E-2, L-1, and O-1 immigration cases.
• Participate in occasional travel and marketing contributions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with EB-5 compliance and immigration issues preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
