Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims, including administrative hearings and appeals.
- Prepare legal briefs, client testimony, and supporting documentation for hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
- Analyze medical records and vocational evidence to build strong cases.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication throughout the case lifecycle.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to manage caseload efficiently.
- Stay current on Social Security laws, regulations, and policy updates.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction, with Arizona licensure preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Security Disability law preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
