Attorney Program Manager, Legal Services Program at Reputed Firm:

- Lead and oversee the Legal Services Program at CVTC, ensuring programmatic goals are met and administrative support is provided to legal staff.
- Manage grant funding obligations and implement a communications strategy to expand public awareness of CVTC's work.
- Provide direct legal outreach and support to survivors of crime, with a focus on sexual violence.
- Collaborate with other CVTC programs and contribute to completion of projects that further the organization's mission and goals.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide support and guidance for staff growth.
- Use trauma-informed approaches to advocate for survivors in various legal matters and maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
- Represent CVTC in community outreach and external collaborations.
- Hold a . from an ABA-accredited law school and possess a good standing with the New York State Bar.
- Have at least 7 years of relevant legal experience and 3 years of nonprofit organization and program management experience.
- Strong preference for familiarity with immigration law and fluency in Spanish or Mandarin.
- Salary range is $116K-$120K with comprehensive benefits package including generous vacation and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
