Senior Counsel, M&A Job Description
**Members Only**, a leading data and AI company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join their Legal team in Seattle, Washington. This position will report to the Director & Assistant General Counsel and will play a crucial role in supporting M&A matters and other strategic initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a nationally recognized law firm or in-house legal department, with a . from a top-tier law school and membership in good standing with a state bar.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all legal aspects of global M&A transactions, including negotiations, deal structuring, diligence, and post-closing integration
- Provide legal support for other strategic transactions, such as joint ventures and investments
- Offer expert legal guidance and business-focused advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the M&A process
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with target companies during due diligence
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive advice and support to the business
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple locations
- Oversee post-closing integration efforts to ensure compliance with transaction terms
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience at a nationally recognized law firm or in-house legal department

Salary Information:
- Pay range: $183,500 - $281,300 USD
