Duties:
Manage assigned cases from pre-suit through trial or settlement
Provide legal counsel and strategy for clients
Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and written discovery
Prepare cases for litigation, including depositions, witness interviews, and expert engagement
Participate in settlement negotiations and court appearances
Conduct factual investigations and build case strategies
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and first-party insurance claims
Proficient in case management and legal documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required)
Admission to Texas federal district courts (highly preferred)
Admission in other states or their federal courts (preferred)
Skills:
