Duties:
Prepare and prosecute . and international patent applications
Analyze invention disclosures and conduct prior art searches
Draft detailed, high-quality patent specifications and responses to Office Actions
Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to develop strategic IP protections
Support due diligence and portfolio management efforts for clients
Stay abreast of evolving trends in patent law and technology fields
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electrical, software, computer science, or related technologies
Proficiency in AI and machine learning patent strategies is highly valued
Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A team-oriented mindset with demonstrated initiative and client-focused
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications:
Registration to practice before the USPTO
