Duties:

  • Prepare and prosecute . and international patent applications

  • Analyze invention disclosures and conduct prior art searches

  • Draft detailed, high-quality patent specifications and responses to Office Actions

  • Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to develop strategic IP protections

  • Support due diligence and portfolio management efforts for clients

  • Stay abreast of evolving trends in patent law and technology fields

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electrical, software, computer science, or related technologies

  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning patent strategies is highly valued

  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Certifications:

  • Registration to practice before the USPTO
