PwC is currently seeking a Senior Associate for their Financial Risk and Regulatory team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. You will also assist in effective cash management and liquidity, and optimizing capital allocation strategies for clients. This is a full-time position with up to 80% travel required.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing formal written narratives summarizing information provided by stakeholders. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, build and maintain meaningful client relationships, and utilize your knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance. Additionally, you will navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, as well as experience in recovery or resolution planning. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions is also necessary, as well as proficiency in financial services products and services. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and client stakeholders are also important for this role.
