Job Title: Intern, Core Tax - Multiple Locations Summer 2026

Job Responsibilities:
As an intern with the Tax practice at the company, you will be involved in a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the tax team and contributing to client service relationships. Your duties will include:

- Engaging in special consulting projects, such as preparing year-end tax projections, researching planning ideas, and conducting financial analysis to develop optimal tax minimization strategies for clients.
- Conducting research on various federal, international, state, and local income tax regulations to support tax compliance and planning efforts.
- Assisting in drafting correspondence to clients concerning proposed and final Internal Revenue Service regulations impacting their tax positions.
- Preparing federal and international income tax returns and supporting schedules for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, S Corporations, and C Corporations.
- Gathering data from clients and analyzing tax-related financial information to assist in tax return preparation and compliance.
- Calculating quarterly estimated tax payments to ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.
- Assisting in developing economic models for evaluating transactions and strategic planning.
- Collaborating with colleagues and participating in client meetings to provide comprehensive tax services.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in this internship should be:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or another relevant field.
- Planning to pursue (or have the intent to pursue) CPA, JD, or qualifications.
- Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Possessing strong analytical skills and high proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively meeting deadlines.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field of tax consulting.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not sponsor applicants for US work visa status for this role.

Salary Information:
The hourly rate for this internship position is $35 per hour.
