Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience, inclusive of monthly bonus potential and growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Craft tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Consult with clients in both "Legalese" and "Plain English", understanding their needs and helping them choose the level of protection that is right for their family.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure exceptional service is delivered to every client.
- Design and draft detailed estate plans to address all aspects of a client's wishes and financial needs.
- Oversee and direct paralegals in managing high volumes of estate administration files.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Participate in networking events and occasionally lead seminars or webinars.
Qualifications:
- Licensure in North and/or South Carolina.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing law and/or 1-2 years of experience in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
- Proficiency in using software tools relevant to estate planning.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
- Monthly bonus potential and opportunities for growth.

- Assistance with creating personal estate planning documents.
Location:
- Charlotte, NC with occasional travel to Fort Mill, SC for meetings and training.
- May require evening and weekend commitments for networking events and seminars.
