Key Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice and negotiation support for a variety of commercial agreements
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and implementing relevant policies and procedures
- Managing legal training and risk management for agreements
- Acting independently to find legally sound solutions for various situations
- Handling corporate documentation and acting as Secretary of the Board of Directors
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or employment law is an asset

About You:

- Possess a US Law degree and at least 8 years of experience in a reputable business law firm or corporate in-house legal organization
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance disciplines
- Experience in corporate documentation and mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
