Duties:
- Handle first- and third-party property and casualty insurance litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and statutes.
- Draft motions and other legal documents.
- Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and provide trial assistance.
- Maintain substantial client contact and actively participate in marketing efforts.
- Work towards achieving long-term career goals and potential partnership.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in first- and third-party property and casualty insurance litigation.
- Excellent academic qualifications.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and marketing.
- Familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is a plus.
- Proficient in time management and the use of Microsoft Word/Microsoft Office.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
