Job Title: Associate Director, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Director, Compliance is responsible for providing compliance guidance related to the company's compliance program, specifically for the Market Access Area. This role involves direct oversight of moderate to complex elements of the compliance program at various levels, including business unit, functional, or corporate. The responsibilities include:
- Partnering with key business functions to offer guidance on Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) and functional policy interpretation.
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and trend analysis to recommend compliant business activities.
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures related to OEC to ensure clarity, applicability, and compliance.
- Developing and delivering training programs on OEC and functional policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing corporate and/or functional monitoring plans, along with corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Assisting in compliance audits, fulfilling auditor requests, and acting as a liaison between the business and auditors.
- Providing guidance on business strategies, identifying legal and regulatory issues, and proposing solutions.
- Participating in and potentially leading cross-functional OEC programs.

Education and Experience Information:
- A BA/BS degree is required, with a CPA, Master's, JD, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business functions such as compliance, legal, market access/managed markets, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and finance is required.
- The candidate should be capable of building strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of the team.
- The candidate should be quick to learn and adapt, raising the bar and not being satisfied with the status quo.

Significant Work Activities:
- Researching, developing PowerPoint training and guidance documents, and possessing strong business communication skills.
- The role requires 15% travel for business meetings and observation monitoring.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is between $137,500 and $261,000. The actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location and may be more or less than the posted range. The company offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. The role is eligible to participate in short-term and long-term incentive programs.
