Real Estate Attorney The candidate will create and review a variety of legal documents for legal sufficiency and compliance with client directives and state/federal law. Research and analyze statutes and case law, draft pleadings, and attend hearings. Prioritize and manage an assigned portfolio of work in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating great attention to detail and accountability. The candidate must have admission to practice law in Virginia is required, admission in DC or MD a plus; familiarity with real estate, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law is preferred; recently admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply; superior oral and written communication skills; attention to detail is a must. Must be detail-oriented, organized, accountable, and able to multitask; comfortable working independently or with a team.
