# Health Care Attorney Position at Law Firm Best Best & Krieger LLP, a nationally recognized law firm, is currently offering a job opportunity for a Health Care Attorney. This position is open for applicants with a minimum of 3 years of experience in health care law. ## Job Description The Health Care Attorney will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services. The attorney will be part of a team of attorneys advising on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. ## Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in health care law - Admitted to practice in California - Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal a plus ## Salary The expected pay scale for this position is $122,500 - $180,000, depending on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
