Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process. Interact and negotiate with insurance companies. Communicate and maintain positive client relationships. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required. Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Should have have an active Bar license in Missouri and 2+ years of litigation experience. Active Bar license in Kansas is preferred. Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
