- The firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience.
- The position offers a unique opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule out of multiple office locations.
- The successful candidate will have a passion for consumer protection and representing the interests of California consumers.
- The role will involve working closely with and receiving mentorship from Knight Law Partners and Senior Attorneys.
- The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to gain experience in various phases of litigation, including written discovery, law & motion, oral argument, depositions, and trial preparation.
- The position requires a hardworking, dedicated, and nimble attorney who can handle competing priorities and the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- The role also involves assisting with higher-stakes depositions, trial preparation work, and second chairing trials for a stellar candidate.
- The essential duties and responsibilities of the job include written discovery, law & motion work, depositions, vehicle inspections, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Partners.
- The ideal candidate will have a . from an ABA accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the California Bar.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.
- The Associate Attorney should be proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
