Job Title: Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of consumer litigation matters from inception to trial and/or resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 4-5+ years of experience in civil litigation.

Salary Information:
- 140,000 - 180,000 / Yearly
