Job Description:

The Senior Counsel will be responsible for handling a variety of cases in the areas of auto, premises, professional and general liability, medical/dental malpractice, and other civil litigation matters. This individual will be expected to appear in court for trials and hearings, both in-person and virtually, and must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of legal writing and technical platforms.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with additional bonuses and benefits. Qualifications:

Licensed with 5-10 years of experience in insurance defense or equivalent.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Active and in good standing with the California and/or Nevada State Bar.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in legal writing and technical platforms.
Ability to appear in court for trials and hearings.
Experience in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of auto, premises, professional and general liability, and medical/dental malpractice.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time. The Senior Counsel will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with the ability to work from multiple offices.
