Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring Manager
Salary Range: $98,300 - $266,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
Location: Multiple locations across the United States (CT-Stamford, IL-Chicago, DC-Washington, TX-Dallas, NY-Melville, FL-Miami, CA-Los Angeles, CO-Denver, MA-Boston, NY-New York, NJ-Florham Park, CA-San Francisco, CA-Silicon Valley, PA-Philadelphia, WA-Seattle, TX-Houston)

PwC is a leading professional services firm that provides tax, assurance, and consulting services to a wide range of clients globally. As a Financial Services Global Structuring Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with multinational companies to address their cross border tax needs and help them manage their global tax rates, find areas of cost reduction, and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities. This role will also provide you with a global perspective and an awareness of tax issues stemming from changes to evolving business structures and geographic expansions.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Manager in the Alternative Investments practice within International Tax services, you will be responsible for managing our firm-sponsored legal entity information database, focusing on tax attributes. You will also lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Your role will be accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the firm's legal entity information database
• Leading teams and overseeing client accounts
• Focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
• Assuring project success and upholding exceptional standards
• Motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality
• Leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations
• Implementing technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory
• Driving digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
• A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study
