The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in IP litigation, with a strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills. Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred, but not required. Candidates with a patent bar are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities of this role will include assisting with all aspects of IP litigation, including patent and trademark cases. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to healthcare and technology leaders, providing strategic and innovative solutions to complex legal matters.
