Job Title: Associate Attorney – Estate Planning & Probate
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning and probate matters.
- Supervise and review draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administrations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in estate planning and probate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to client service and community involvement.
Preferred Attributes:
- Spanish speaking.
- Client-focused and in person; most of the time will be spent meeting and advising clients.
Salary Information:
- Competitive salary: $90,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience.
