Job Title: Real Estate Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for providing legal support in the Real Estate practice group. Key duties include:
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
- Collaborating on joint ventures and handling borrower-side financing.
- Cultivating and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
- Navigating complex real estate subject matters effectively.
- Demonstrating ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to contribute to the growth and support of the national practice.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in transactional real estate is necessary.
- Preferred experience includes joint ventures and borrower-side financing.
- Candidates should exhibit a high level of academic achievement.
- Solid law firm experience is required.
- Superb research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
