Job Title: Criminal Defense Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of and manage your own caseload with autonomy while receiving support from the team.

- Develop strategies for cases, draft persuasive legal motions, and conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Maintain clear and empowering communication with clients throughout their legal process.
- Collaborate and be part of a supportive team environment both in court and in the office.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be a licensed attorney in California with 1-5 years of experience in criminal defense.
- Demonstrated courtroom skills and a confident professional presence are required.
- Strong abilities in legal writing, motion practice, and negotiation are essential.
- Experience in independently managing a full caseload is necessary.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly advantageous.
- Trial experience is beneficial but not mandatory, with opportunities for professional growth and development provided.
