- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial real estate, corporate, and financial transactions
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and draft legal documents related to transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate, and financial transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

As a Transactional Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex legal matters and gain exposure to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for representing clients in commercial real estate, corporate, and financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct legal research and analysis.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate, and financial transactions, along with excellent academic credentials. Candidates must also be in good standing and admitted to the MD Bar (. Bar and/or VA Bar a plus).
