AML Project Delivery Specialist
The candidate will work with the AML and sanctions team to support client service delivery. Manage a small team of investigators. Perform case investigations. Perform Quality Control (QC) of case investigations, requests for information, and case escalations. Assess potential AML and sanctions risks as they arise throughout case investigations. Make final decisions regarding case dispositions. Hold meetings with Project Leadership to discuss investigator performance, issue management, and case escalation decisions. Provide feedback and input on case investigations, as required. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
