Job Title: PWM Wealth Strategist

Job Responsibilities:
The PWM Wealth Strategist is tasked with several key responsibilities aimed at enhancing and expanding client relationships within Wealth Management. The primary duty involves collaborating with the Wealth Management Advisor to attract new clients with a net worth generally exceeding $10 million. The strategist is responsible for conducting client discovery sessions and working alongside wealth management specialists to strengthen and broaden existing client relationships. Serving as a subject matter expert, the strategist offers expertise in financial planning, insurance products, estate and income tax planning, multigenerational wealth planning, business succession planning, family governance, and trust and fiduciary advisory, with particular emphasis on Risk Management. This role involves independently providing solutions for clients' financial statuses using advanced tax, wealth transfer, business structure, and protection strategies. The strategist also helps implement these strategies in collaboration with clients' external and internal advisors. A critical component of this role is the focus on analyzing and mitigating a wide range of financial and personal risks faced by affluent families, including estate liquidity, creditor protection, personal security, property and casualty loss, reputation, lifestyle protection, employment practices, and insurance needs assessment.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Candidates should possess 10 or more years of financial planning experience, specifically with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Preferred candidates will have experience in insurance consultation and planning, including managing a wealth plan from its initial engagement through to implementation. A demonstrated track record in new business development and successful client acquisition is also preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of complex financials, trust and estate documents, and tax returns. Specialized knowledge in asset protection and legal matters is considered advantageous. The ability to simplify complex planning concepts for clients, along with strong presentation and public speaking skills, is essential. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. While not mandatory, possessing a JD, CPA, or similar advanced degree or designation is strongly preferred, along with related insurance and securities licenses.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the PWM Wealth Strategist position varies based on the primary location of the role, with the primary location listed first. The pay range for this position is $170, to $200,. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plans, 401(k) contributions, and pension plans. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
