Job Title: Bilingual Immigration Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with potential clients to explain potential immigration relief, the firm's procedures, and the firm's pricing.
- Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to ensure that cases progress, deadlines are met, clients are satisfied with services, and payment is timely.
- Review paralegals' and legal assistants' work product to ensure it is accurate and of the highest quality.
- Prepare motions, briefs, and applications for clients in deportation proceedings.
- Represent clients before USCIS and in immigration court.
- Research and analyze novel legal issues.
- Communicate with paralegals, legal assistants, and clients to navigate difficult situations and manage client expectations and case outcomes.
- Partner with Director of Attorneys to evaluate paralegal and legal assistant work and provide feedback.
- Act as a positive change agent for continued growth, development, and improvement of the firm.
- Collaborate with team members to review and suggest new processes or improved processes and support their implementation.
- Advance the culture and organizational vision of the law firm.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a State Bar.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law.
- Proven track record in handling a variety of immigration cases, including family-based, humanitarian, and removal proceedings.
Salary Information:
- Pay: $80, - $125, per year.
- The salary for this position is dependent upon experience.
- Benefits include vision, dental, and health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, paid time off, and paid federal holidays.

- Relocation assistance will be offered for the right candidate willing to move.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: In person at the Beaverton, Oregon office.
- Experience in immigration law is required.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
