Job Title: Senior Ethics Manager, Allegations Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the Ethics program within the company's Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function, specifically focusing on managing the intake, triage of allegations, and complex case management.
- Manage and remediate key risk areas within the Ethics & Compliance program, providing leadership in addressing legal, regulatory, and compliance-related reviews.
- Navigate complex and multifaceted issues to achieve risk-based resolutions.
- Develop and reinforce consistency across the company's Ethics program and identify opportunities for enhancement and evolution.
- Operate within cross-functional teams to develop appropriate solutions and leverage internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations for the program.
- Drive content recommendations for changes to company policies, standards, and training based on data and benchmarking insights.
- Implement data, technology, and tooling capabilities to support the Allegations Management program, ensuring optimal data quality and appropriate use of analytics and reporting systems.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the company and regulatory expectations, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions such as Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and HR.
- Drive and own relevant organizational, operational, or strategic Ethics initiatives and engage in collaborative partnerships with other Ethics & Compliance colleagues and stakeholders.
- Sustain and evolve the E&C program, upholding the company's commitment to integrity and lawful practices.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and/or applicable professional certifications preferred. Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of professional experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance environments, with preference for attorneys with "Big Law" and/or in-house experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading and managing complex investigations, including litigation, internal investigations, or regulatory reviews.
- 5+ years of technical experience in identifying and addressing legal, regulatory, and compliance-related issues, including multifaceted investigations.
- Experience with third-party case management technologies to drive complex investigations.
- Strong skills in Excel, Tableau (or other data visualization technology), analytical and data management preferred.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and craft cohesive storylines and communications.
- Adept at influencing and engaging with various audiences to cultivate trust-based, peer-counselor relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes on cross-functional and complex topics.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution.
- Builds trust-based relationships with leaders within and outside of the team; collaborates generously with others and is sought after as a key thought partner.
- Exhibits the highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding highly sensitive and confidential materials.
