Job Title: Corporate Healthcare Associate Attorney (M&A, Private Equity, and/or Joint Venture)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with partners and associates to advise dynamic and innovative healthcare clients in all phases of their corporate life cycle.
- Focus primarily on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, healthcare-focused private equity and venture capital investments, and joint venture transactions.
- Assist clients with corporate and organizational workflow, including corporate formation, operational strategy, contract negotiations, and other corporate matters.
- Collaborate with a team of partners to receive mentoring, guidance, and training in healthcare law and transactions.
- Develop transactional experience and industry knowledge to grow your practice.
- Encourage and support efforts to develop direct client relationships to further broader career goals.

Education and Experience Information:
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint venture in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work effectively as a team member, and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors.
- Admission to the bar in the state where applying is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 per year.
