Job Title: Director, Forensic Technology Services (eDiscovery Consulting)

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the practice leader and primary client contact, working closely with clients to provide eDiscovery support using a wide range of technologies and best practices to manage data-based evidence across various legal and regulatory situations.
- Directly responsible for the engagement quality and success, assisting clients in resolving legal matters by providing eDiscovery litigation support on diverse projects, including domestic and cross-border disputes, investigations, and other matters.
- Establish consultative relationships with clients, guiding them toward best practices in meeting their eDiscovery needs.
- Act as the primary point of client contact for projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored data (ESI) relevant to litigation or investigations.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risks, apply quality control best practices, and address technical challenges to make ESI discoverable, viewable, and useful.
- Lead a team of junior professionals supporting each phase of delivery and maintain consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of support tasks and successful project completion.
- Responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, organizing, and managing staff on all active engagements.
- Lead external and internal meetings to review work results and ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analysis.
- Show expertise in leading eDiscovery tools, including Relativity and Brainspace, and prepare and update thorough documentation of progress and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.

Education and Experience Information:

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with a preference for computer science, information management, data science, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting established deadlines and delivery objectives.
- Exceptional client service and follow-up skills, including interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment.

Preferred Attributes:

- Expertise in the use of industry-standard review and production tools, including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.
- Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices, with at least 7 years of experience in client service delivery.
- Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator.
- Experience with document review management is beneficial but not required.

Salary Information:

The salary range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, the company offers a discretionary bonus program based on several factors, including individual and firm performance. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in the company's fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees meeting eligibility requirements will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) and are eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, sick time, federal holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days varies based on tenure and role type.
