Job Title: Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s)
- Certification(s) Required: CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Thorough knowledge of tax compliance methods, strategy consulting for Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Real Estate Partnerships. Considerable knowledge of partnership structures and their impact on real estate transactions and corresponding tax liabilities. Considerable knowledge of accounting of Unrelated Business Taxable Income. Comprehensive technical skills in providing full services to real estate owners, developers, and investors, including publicly traded REITS, institutional real estate funds managed by financial institutions, and privately held real estate entities. Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs, building and maintaining networks of client relationships, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections, and preparing complex written and verbal materials. Considerable experience as a team leader, supervising teams, seeking diverse views, and coaching staff with timely feedback. Demonstrates success as a tax technical business advisor by developing new relationships and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset. Preferred familiarity with a CRM system. Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including innovating through new and existing technologies, working with large data sets, and utilizing digitization tools.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to salary, the company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
