Japanese Business Network - Private Tax Senior Manager
The Private Tax Senior Manager at PwC is responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and strategy guidance to clients. They help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions while minimizing risks of non-compliance. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 6 years of experience, and proficiency in Japanese language. Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and innovate processes for operational excellence
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Provide clients with the right skills and technology
- Confirm alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Apply strategic advising to enhance project outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Develop and mentor top-performing teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 6 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Required to be able to speak, read and write Japanese
