Job Title: Immigration Attorney - EOIR

Job Responsibilities:
- Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
- Represent both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progress and resolution of cases.
- Visit detention centers to conduct intake interviews with detained individuals.
- Prepare various immigration applications, including those related to removal defense and family-based immigration petitions.
- Review and adjust immigration application packets as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations to address changes in immigration law.
- Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients to determine necessary legal strategies.
- Develop case strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court or USCIS testimony.
- Provide detailed legal analysis to clients, identifying possible benefits and outcomes for their cases.
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases, ensuring high-quality legal representation.

Education and Experience Information:
- The position requires 1-5 years of experience in Immigration Law.
- The candidate should be a team player, open to collaboration, strategizing, and working with fellow associates.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
