Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in employment litigation, with a deep understanding of labor and employment law. This position offers the chance to work on high-level, complex employment-related cases, representing clients in litigation and before administrative agencies.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in various employment-related litigation matters, including disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage & hour violations, and harassment claims.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Handle matters before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and other state or federal agencies.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on workplace policies, employee relations, and union matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Manage multiple client matters and deadlines simultaneously, delivering high-quality legal work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, particularly employment litigation.
  • Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven track record of handling complex employment disputes and litigation.
  • Experience in representing clients before administrative agencies.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Education:

  • . from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
