Litigation Attorney The candidate will work closely with a Lead Attorney/Partner to assist with all aspects of personal injury litigation. Propound and respond to discovery. Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary. Prepare for, take and defend depositions. Attend court hearings as required.
