Job Title: Senior, International Tax (Investment Management)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Consultant, the individual will be part of an engagement team and utilize their experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax consulting and compliance services. The primary responsibilities include:

- Providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients, focusing on the tax implications of inbound and outbound structures and investments.
- Identifying both basic and complex tax issues and offering tax analysis and recommendations for entities and their affiliates.
- Preparing and reviewing work papers, allocations, and tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations, including structure reports, transaction step plans, and memoranda.
- Assisting in the development of complex tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities.
- Utilizing proprietary technologies to help clients streamline their tax compliance processes and filing obligations.
- Supervising less experienced tax consultants.

Education and Experience Information:
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work performed and the clients and industries/sectors served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, a Licensed attorney or Enrolled Agent.

Preferred:
- Previous experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Experience with partnership, funds, and/or international taxation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed wage range estimate is $73,500 to $161,200. It's typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. There is also potential eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, with awards dependent on individual and organizational performance.
