Law Firm Seeking Civil Litigation Associates with 1-10 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, draft legal documents, and prepare witnesses for court appearances
- Communicate with clients and conduct research on legal issues associated with cases
- Present cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws to support the client’s position

Qualifications:
- 1-10 years of experience in managing a litigation caseload, drafting legal documents, and pre-trial preparation or second chair trial experience
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong communication skills, including communicating with clients, team and partners, and appearing in court
- Experience with insurance defense is a plus
- Must be admitted and in good standing with the California state bar

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $95,000 - $117,500 annually, based on a full-time work schedule
- Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, and market data
- Eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on billable hours and performance
