Associate Divorce Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Divorce Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience practicing in divorce and child custody-related matters, both pre, and post-judgment. This is a full-time position with flexible remote options. Job Responsibilities: * Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases * Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process * Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed * Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed * Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in a litigation-centered position, preferably with experience practicing family law.
