Job Title: Staff Attorney - US

Job Responsibilities:
As a Staff Attorney at the company, the incumbent will play a crucial role in managing legal affairs, supporting both internal and external parties across the company's global business. The position involves working closely with in-house or outside counsel to facilitate day-to-day business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing contract administration policies, systems, and procedures.
- Ensuring contracts undergo the necessary corporate reviews and approval processes.
- Drafting, reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating business agreements.
- Drafting and revising correspondence and other legal documents.
- Assisting with the processing and management of change orders, statements of work, and contract amendments.
- Aiding in drafting policies and procedures for the company and its affiliates.
- Addressing legal, regulatory, and compliance issues.
- Monitoring compliance for the Legal Department or other business units as requested.
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda as needed.
- Reporting department metrics.
- Completing additional related assignments as requested.

The position requires diligence, effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to new processes and changes.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in reviewing contracts or a related position is preferred.
- Membership in a State Bar or pending admission is required.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws related to professional services, licensing agreements, NDAs, and other business agreements/documents with clients, vendors, and third parties is essential.
- A background in business, technology, or gaming is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and LinkSquares is a plus.
- The ability to exercise good judgment in various situations is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated professionalism, including the ability to work under pressure, is required.
- The ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a balance among priorities is necessary.
- A high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness is essential.
- Proficiency in English, sufficient to perform the duties of this position, is required.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $95,000. Additional benefits include:
