Job Title: Manager, Global Strategies Group

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Manager in the Global Strategies Group, the primary responsibilities include:
- Working in a national team and liaising with local office professionals across the country.
- Drawing on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax consulting services to multinational clients.
- Identifying complex tax issues and providing tax analysis and recommendations for multinational entities and their affiliates.
- Assisting clients with the implementation of specific international tax structures and processes.
- Overseeing complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries.
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations.
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions, both internal and with clients, including with non-tax stakeholders such as treasury, accounting, and legal departments.
- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
- Supervising and supporting the technical development of tax consultants and senior consultants.

Education and Experience Information:
The qualifications required for this position include:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires . Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, with a focus on international taxation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on the work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- One of the following active accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed attorney (or foreign equivalent).
- Enrolled Agent (or foreign equivalent).
- Various technology certifications such as CBAP, Certified SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, among others.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in Big 4 firms, public accounting, or consulting.
- Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience participating in strategic planning initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong executive presence.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The estimated salary range is $111,090 to $235,170. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, there may be eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, where an award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
