Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will analyze and investigate litigation matters. Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw). Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial. Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery.
