Bricker Graydon, a leading law firm in Ohio, is currently seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join our growing presence in Northeast Ohio. We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney with at least 2 years of experience in real estate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use, and real estate development matters
- Heavy focus on property due diligence, title and survey review, site control drafting, and interfacing with title companies, lenders, and developers
- Work closely with clients to ensure their needs and objectives are met
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on complex real estate issues
- Negotiate and draft agreements and contracts related to real estate transactions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on projects

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio
- 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably with a focus on property due diligence and title review
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within the energy or construction industry is a plus

Salary Information:
