What You'll Do:
- Work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of attorneys across the nation
- Local and remote support staff
- Communicate with clients
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct research and drafting
- Lead mediations
- Develop case strategies
- Take cases to trial
- Handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
- Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar
- Experience drafting and responding to motions
- Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
- Fluent in Spanish
