Education and Experience Information
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.

- Preferred educational background includes Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting is beneficial.
- Skills in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions are important.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Leadership experience in preparing and filing information returns.
- Ability to develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in training and managing local staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Salary Information
The salary range for the Tax Director - Global Information Reporting position is between $150,000 and $438,000 annually. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is specifically listed for roles based in Maryland. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
