Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients to provide legal consultation and guidance in the area of family law.
- Supervising trained legal assistants to ensure the preparation and management of legal documents are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Attending court hearings to represent clients and advocate on their behalf.
- Reviewing court documents prepared by legal assistants to ensure legal accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining client confidentiality in all communications and legal proceedings.
- Managing a large volume of cases effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Demonstrating the ability to learn on the job and adapt to new legal developments and case requirements.
- Upholding a high level of responsibility and professionalism in all legal practices and client interactions.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law is required.
- Admission to the bar in the states of MD, VA, or FL is accepted. Admissions from other states are also accepted for attorneys specializing in immigration law.
- Proficiency in the Russian language is required, and knowledge of additional foreign languages such as Spanish or Farsi is considered an advantage.
Salary Information:
- Salary is contingent upon the candidate's knowledge, experience, and qualifications, as well as their ability to assume additional responsibilities.

- The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-office work at Tysons Corner, VA, and remote work options.
