Job Title: Trial Attorney - Premises Liability

Job Responsibilities:
As a Trial Attorney at the law firm, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks integral to managing and advocating for personal injury and civil litigation cases. Key duties include:

- Managing a High-Volume Caseload: Oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month. You will guide each case from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

- Engaging with Clients: Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

- Conducting Key Litigation Activities: Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.

- Advocating in Trials: Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Legal Acumen: A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation is required, with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil litigation is preferred.

- Licensure: Must be active and in good standing with your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.

- Trial Experience: Extensive jury trial experience is necessary, with a deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. A minimum of 5+ first chair trial verdicts is required, with 10+ first chair jury verdicts being preferable.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members is essential.

Salary Information:
